About the Writer/Director

ANNA GUTTO earned New York Times accolades such as “universally excellent” while getting her storytelling feet wet in the theater world, before finding filmmaking to be her ultimate medium. Don’t Tell Anyone is her fourth short film. With several festival awards in her pocket, Don’t Tell Anyone propels her towards feature films. Anna has three feature projects in development: Open-Ended Ticket, a film based on the New York Times bestseller Radical Remission, Leila M., a character-based thriller about a female truck driver forced to share her cab with a young girl who has escaped from sex trafficking, and Idun’s Apples, a family film based on the Norse myth about a feisty young female goddess.
