At the age of 58, Asha decides she wants to leave her marriage of 35 years and claim the youth she never had. To that end, she seeks help from her unsuspecting, Type-A daughter, Natasha, 28. The girl's angry, knee-jerk reaction leads Asha to realise she has to make some tough decisions about her life. A coming-of-age dramedy for two women in very different stages of their lives.

About the Writer/Director

Mansi Nirmal Jain is an MFA screenwriting candidate at Columbia University School of the Arts. In 2015, she was the co-writer and associate director of Moh Maya Money, a noir feature, which released to great reviews all across the Indian Subcontinent in November 2016. Currently, she is developing her first feature as a writer-director called Time to Go (Hain Main Mara) and is writing two screenplays for noted directors in India.

About the Producer

Sasha John is a third-year Creative Producing MFA student at Columbia University. She has previously worked on Indian independent films in Mumbai like The Lunchbox and D-Day. Everything Is Fine is her thesis film; it was awarded the Katharina Otto-Bernstein Production Grant.

Sasha plans on graduating as a writer/producer and hopes to guide a film from its inception on the page all the way to the big screen.
