About the Director
Stephen Lee’s short film The Sound of Coins Hitting Brass was a recipient of the 2015 Davey Foundation Grant. His previous film Touch screened at Clermont-Ferrand and the Los Angeles Film Festival. He has directed several music videos including Runner (Young Prisms) and has worked with acclaimed photographer Jim Goldberg. Stephen received his BA from Loyola Marymount University and is currently pursuing his MFA in Film at Columbia University.
About the Writer/Producer
Susanna Locascio is a filmmaker interested in telling stories with a political perspective. Her current projects include an adaptation of a Washington Post article about gun violence and a comedy about graffiti writers. As a film critic she has covered festivals including SXSW and Toronto. Susanna received the 2015 IFP Marcie Bloom Fellowship, and holds a BA in Government from Georgetown University and an MFA in Film from Columbia University.
