About the Writer/Director

Ellie Foumbi is an actor/writer/director/producer born in Cameroon. As an actress, her film work includes, How to Tell You’re a Douchebag (Sundance 2016), Evolution of a Criminal (PBS), Say Grace Before Drowning (HBO). Her producing credits include Nocturne in Black, winner of the Gold Student Academy Award. She won First Place at the Caucus Foundation's Gold Circle Award and is an IFP Marcie Bloom Fellow.

About the Producer

Sola Fasehun is a Nigerian American producer/writer based in New York. She worked in development with Academy Award-winning producer Michael Phillips (Taxi Driver, The Sting). Sola was also accepted into the 2015 Producers Guild of America East Training Program. She is currently a Sales & Distribution consultant at Submarine Entertainment / Deluxe (Winter’s Bone, Citizenfour). She holds an MFA degree from the Columbia University School of the Arts Film Program.
