About the Writer/Director

Sandra Mitrovic

Sandra Mitrović is an award-winning writer/director from Belgrade, Serbia. She graduated from London School of Film, Media and Performance in England and is currently completing her MFA in Film Directing at Columbia University. Her latest short film, Ostoja Will Move Your Piano, screened at many festivals worldwide winning six Jury Awards for Best International Short Film.

About the Co-writer

Aviva Neuman

Aviva Neuman, a Swedish/American screenwriter/director living in New York, received a fellowship from the American–Scandinavian Foundation, 2016. Her shorts Min Kusin Klara and Aaron have screened at international festivals. She wrote 20 Minutes, which was selected to Flickers' Rhode Island International Film Festival. In 2018, New York Women in Film and TV selected Aviva, with script JONI, to their mentorship program.
