About the Writer/Director

Luke Spears is an independent producer and filmmaker originally from New York City. A graduate of Columbia University’s Film MFA program, he previously worked at a variety of independent film companies including Tribeca Productions, The Film Sales Company, and Emerging Pictures. Spears received his BA in Philosophy from Wesleyan University.

About the Executive Producer/Editor

Quinlan Orear graduated from Columbia University’s MFA Film Program in 2013. He previously studied theatre at the University of Illinois where he directed several stage productions. During his time at Columbia, Quinlan acted as Co-Producer and Producer respectively on the thesis films Five Years (dir. Durier Ryan) and Little Shadow (dir. Toby Fell-Holden). Additionally, his original teleplay entitled Grunge received Faculty Honors at the Columbia University Screenplay Competition in 2012. He now works as a writer, producer, and editor in New York, contributing his talents to films, commercials, and web content.
