About the Writer/Director
Tesia is a graduate of Columbia’s MFA Film Program with a concentration in screenwriting and directing. Aside from making films of her own, she enjoys teaching the art of filmmaking to others. While at Columbia University, she helped launch a summer program for high school students interested in pursuing a career in screenwriting and directing. Tesia hopes to own and operate her own production company in the near future.
About the Producer
Ryan Pederson is an experienced filmmaker with a strong background in sports productions. He has worked as a camera operator on live sporting events for ESPN, NBC Sports, and others, and in 2003 was awarded a Student Emmy Award (Rocky Mountain Region) and a Telly Award for his cinematography. In 2011, Ryan was admitted into the DGA as a 2nd AD. Pederson is currently pursuing an MFA at Columbia University.
About the Producer
Kristin is finishing her MFA in Creative Producing at Columbia University and has produced several, award-winning shorts, including Stay Awake (co-producer), which premiered at the 2015 Berlinale and won the 2015 Slamdance Jury Prize, and Sundae, which debuted at the 53rd New York Film Festival. Frost received 2015’s HBO Young Producers Award for Search Party, as well as the 2014 Katharina Otto-Bernstein Film Fund Award for her thesis, We’re All Gonna Die.
