Left home alone one evening, a 13-year-old boy finds some live lobsters in his parents fridge. He brings these, as a gift, to the single mother of his best friend, only to claim in his house a place that goes beyond that of a dinner seat.

About the Writer/Director

Gregorio Franchetti is a filmmaker from Rome. After earning a Bsc in Economics from SOAS, University of London, he worked in the camera department for several independent film sets, including those of directors Guy Maddin and Noah Baumbach. He then collaborated with Isabella Rossellini as a co-director for her web-series Mammas, produced by Arte TV and the Sundance Channel, presented at the Berlinale in 2013. Gregorio is currently pursuing his career as a film director in New York, where he is completing his MFA in directing at Columbia University.

About the Producer

Axel Ohman was born in Stockholm and grew up in Paris. He holds a Masters degree from Stockholm University and is a scholar of the Marcus Wallenberg Foundation for studies in film at Columbia University. He graduated from the MFA Film Program at Columbia University School of the Arts in 2016. He currently lives in New York.
