About the Writer/Director
Nicole Allan enjoys making character-driven films within different genres, bringing different types of stories together in a fun and truthful way. Outside of Columbia University School of the Arts, she has worked on the feature film King Kelly as production coordinator and associate producer. She enjoys working with actors and has benefitted from some experience in casting. She loves cats, and tea, and contemplating the universe.
About the Producer
To date, Maya Korn has produced five films. Nicole Allan’s AU is the most recent. Before turning her attention to producing, Maya worked in marketing at The Weinstein Company, BBC America, Pathé Productions, and the Film Society of Lincoln Center on: The Master, Orphan Black Season 2 and NYFF 52. She also gained experience in documentary sales at Submarine Entertainment/Deluxe. She is pursuing her Creative Producing MFA at Columbia University.
