Po-Yu Chen is a Taiwanese film director who currently lives in New York City. His work explores how people live in the city and deal with desire, solitude, and memories. He is in his third year of the Columbia University School of the Arts MFA Film Program.

Josalynn Smith started in the industry as an interviewer on the award-winning documentary, Jim Crow to Barack Obama (2013). Recently, Smith received the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation Production Grant for her thesis film, Something in the Water, a narrative short that she wrote and produced. Smith earned her BA from Washington University and is pursuing an MFA in Film at Columbia University.
