About the Director
Born in Colima, Mexico, Joel Vázquez Cárdenas received his Masters in screenwriting and directing from Columbia University in 2018. His thesis short film, Así en la Tierra was a semifinalist of the BAFTA Student Awards and part of the official selection of GIFF and Miami Film Festival. Joel is working on his new short film: Estrella.
About the Producer/Writer
Andrés Fernández is a producer from Mexico City with experience in both film and TV. A graduate of the Creative Producing program, he now lives in Los Angeles and works at Creative Artists Agency.
