About the Writer/Director
Brúsi Ólason is an Icelandic director, screenwriter, and editor. Growing up on a farm in the south of Iceland, rural life has become his main focus. In 2020, Brúsi graduated from the Film MFA Program at Columbia University in New York. Brusi is currently working as an editor in Iceland as well as developing his first feature.
About the Producer
Kári Úlfsson is an award winning Icelandic film producer. Born in Reykjavik but growing up in rural Iceland where he came into contact with the elements that now define his work. In 2021, Kári’s film August Sky got a special mention at the main competition at Cannes. Kári is currently developing his first feature and working in production in Iceland.
About the Co-writer
Leticia Akel is a Chilean director and screenwriter. She holds an MFA in Screenwriting/Directing from Columbia University. Her short film Premonition was awarded the Cacho Pallero Award at Huesca International Film Festival along with four Special Jury Mentions. Leticia is currently developing her first feature film Shadow.
