About the Director
Ryan Craver is Southern, gay, and an award-winning filmmaker, in that order. His short, Truck Slut, received special mention at the Palm Springs Shortfest. Ryan is currently developing his narrative feature Tadpole with support from the Sloan Foundation and Tribeca.
About the Writer
Rali Chaouni is a Moroccan-American screenwriter. Prior to Columbia, he served as a Teach For America corps member, teaching high school English in Hawai’i. His work explores the inner tensions and contradictions within people and societies, often in the Moroccan context.
About the Producer
Donovan Tolledo is a Filipinx-American writer-producer from Chicago. As an immigrant, his works are rooted in the lived-in experiences of marginalized peoples exploring racial inequity and sexual identity. He’s currently finalizing his thesis films while developing his feature, Fat Lip.
