About the Writer/Director
Anika Benkov is a nonbinary filmmaker and storyteller who writes about the kinks in our lives and in ourselves, loneliness, and growing pains at all ages. They're an alumnus of the New York Stage and Film Filmmaker’s workshop and have received several awards at festivals around the world, including the Film Movement award for Best Narrative Short at SFJFF.
About the Producer
Patrick Nichols is a film producer and editor living in New York City, where he is pursuing an MFA in Creative Producing at Columbia University. Born and raised in North Carolina, he has produced several short films, including Good Dog, which received a Sarah Jones Film Student Safety Grant. Patrick was a recipient of the 2021 Michael Hausman/Filmhaus Foundation Award.
