About the Writer/Director
Rebecca O’Neill is an American writer-director based in New York. She holds a BA in History and Philosophy from the University of California, Santa Cruz where she graduated cum laude and won the Linda Peterson Award for excellence in undergraduate research. Her Columbia MFA Thesis Sparks Lampini won the Phil Johnston Comedy Grant in 2020.
About the Producer
Antonio Rattes Farias studied cinema at PUC-RIO, studied Meisner-Technical Direction for Directors at EICTV-Cuba, as well as history and art theory at Parque Lage School of Visual Arts. His short film Terra Dormente premiered at the Rio Film Festival in 2021. He is currently in production of his own Columbia MFA directing thesis, shooting in Brazil in spring 2022.
