About the Writer/Director
Greta Díaz Moreau is a New York-based Spanish writer/director, visual artist, and producer. Before earning her MFA in Directing at Columbia University in New York, Greta created the production company Flims&Films in Barcelona, a creative audiovisual studio for performance, documentary and art projects, working with clients such as the Hilti Foundation. She created scenographic portraitures in her photography exhibition “La Muda”, presented together with Josep Piñol on February 27, 2021 at the Lo Pati Art Center in Amposta. She has also produced and shot as director of photography several short film projects, winning the award for Best Cinematography at the Trieste Film Festival (2023) for “Plima”, directed by Eva Vidan. Her latest short film project “Loquita Por Ti” was awarded the Sarah Jones Grant Award. She is also part of the directing faculty in the Cherubs program of NHSI at Northwestern University (Chicago).
