Roadkill
by Aliza Brugger
Feature Screenplay
Tillie’s solitary days as a closeted roadkill removal worker are jolted to life when she catches the attention of a lively stranger from out of town. She realizes if she’s unable to embrace the curse of being a “difficult” woman in rural USA, she’s doomed to the same lonely fate in the long line of unconventional women who came before her.
