About the Writer/Director
Prash Sampathkumaran is an Indian-American filmmaker and a recent graduate of Columbia University’s Film MFA program. His undergraduate thesis film “The Legend of Scotty Watts” was featured by NQV Media and released on Prime Video and Vimeo On Demand in 2020. Prash received the 2022 Leone Family Film Grant and teaches filmmaking at the School of Creative and Performing Arts.
About the Writer
Vishnu Sinha is a NYC-based filmmaker with an MFA from Columbia University where his work has received the Leone Family Film Grant, the Emerging Filmmakers Grant, and the Teaching Fellowship. He has written for ‘The Royals’, a Netflix India original romantic-comedy TV-series that will release later this year. He has taught at Columbia and QueerFrames, India’s first queer screenwriting lab.
About the Producer
Donovan Tolledo is a writer and producer from Manila and Chicago. He received his MFA in creative producing in 2022 at Columbia. His work at Columbia won multiple grants and has screened at Telluride, Hamptons, Newfest, Palm Springs, and received CUFF Jury Selects and Honors previously. He is also an Outfest Screenwriting Lab Fellow and Film Independent Project Involve Producing Fellow.
